Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened soy milk (250 mL)
1/2 cup rolled oats (50 g)
2 tablespoons whole chia seeds (15 g)
1 tablespoon maple syrup (15 mL)
Fruit for garnish

Directions

In a Mason jar or small bowl, mix together soy milk, oats and chia seeds.

Cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 2 hours).

Open the next day and add maple syrup. Enjoy as is or topped with fruit.

Overnight oatmeal will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
