This is one of my favorite meals. Haven’t tried it yet but thinking of throwing in some pineapple chunks towards the end.

Such a little bowl for the tofu. I held my breath that none of the tofu would plop out.

I used to make this with peppers and Paneer when I was a vegetarian, great to see Tofu now I’m Vegan..just love the combination !
