Pouding au chocolat protéiné
Ingredients
450 g soft tofu, drained
1/4 coconut milk (60 ml) (if needed)
7 pitted dates
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup maple syrup (80 ml)
1 tbsp almond butter or nut butter of your choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

If you don't have a high power blender like a Vitamix or Ninja, it's best to soak the dates for 10 minutes in boiling water before using them in the recipe (add only the dates, not the soaking water).
