| 2 tbsp chickpea flour |
| 2 tbsp nutritional yeast |
| 2 tsp onion powder |

| 1 tsp coarsely ground pepper |
| 1 teaspoon fennel seeds |

| 3/4 cup cold water (190 mL) |
