Description

Ingredients

1/2 cup oil
1 Sliced onion
1 cup minced celery
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup grated carrots
4 cups grated sweet potatoes
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup crushed cashews
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup wheat flour

Preheat the oven at 350˚F (180˚C)

Place a large saucepan on the heat and pour 1/2 cup vegetable oil, add the vegetables and cook until soft, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients except the wheat flour. Cook for another 2 minutes stirring frequently.

In a food processor grind half the preparation, mix with the rest of the mixture.

Stir in the wheat flour. Pour in a baking dish.

sPlace in the oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
