Description

Chocolat black bean pudding. Wait! What!!? It’s ok, I had the same reaction when I first thought about it but hey, those black beans brownies are not bad so why not back bean pudding? And as a matter of fact it is DELICIOUS ( as well as vegan, healthy, gluten free, refined sugar free and very high in protein and iron) I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients

1 can of 540 ml of black beans (2 cups), drained
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth using hand blender, blender or food processor.

If the texture is not smooth as it should be, add a bit of water while blending.
