Sriracha Ramen Noodle Soup

Description

If you love spicy ramen, you have to try this Spicy Sriracha Ramen Noodle Soup! It’s super easy and so delicious. 

Ingredients

170g uncooked ramen noodles Sriracha Spicy Ramen Noodle Soup
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbspchopped ginger
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
500 g Chinese lettuce, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp mirin seasoning
1 diced tomato
4 cups vegetable broth (1 liter)
2 tsp Sriracha sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions

Directions

Rehydrate the ramen noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, over medium heat, heat vegetable oil, then add in ginger, garlic, onion, Chinese lettuce and cook until softened and fragrant.

Add soy sauce, mirin, tomato, vegetable broth and sriracha sauce.

Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 20 minutes

Add ramen noodles and top with green onions
